A group of concerned residents got together and helped to get a new Hooper sign erected to let passing vehicles know, Hooper is still here. Hooper Nebraska resident Joel Hargens is a banker at the First National Bank Northeast located on Main Street. He has a view of Main Street and a collection of deer antlers.
